Medstead 1842 tithe map
These maps curtesy of Tony Rogers are associated with the Medstead Tithe Apportionment for 1842 which gives details of the ownership and size of the various plots of land.
This 1842 map shows the entire parish. Virtually all of today's roads were already established, although many would have just been tracks.
This map shows the centre of the village in more detail. The area shown as the 'The Down' is what is now the village green.
